It’s Friday friends, and I have the weekend off! Woohoo! Sunday is a super exciting day for Gavin and I – we are having our gender reveal party and we are so excited to find out what baby Kruse is. Follow along on snapchat: (amandaglandorf) to find out what we are having.

Before I get into today’s style by style post, I would like to introduce Lacey from The Glitter Gospel Blog to our series. She is seriously the sweetest girl and recently opened up a clothing boutique in August called Shop The Glitter Gospel Boutique. We are so excited to have her join us.

For this month’s style by style post we chose corduroy. I have been wanting to get my hands on some corduroy for some quite some time now and haven’t worn anything corduroy since I was a child (ha), so I am pretty excited that it’s back in “style” and knew I wouldn’t have a hard time finding something corduroy to wear. I love the retro vibe of this vest and the texture of it. It’s from Taylor’s boutique (Style is Everything Boutique). It’s my favorite vest and I have been wearing it non-stop since I got it.

This vest is a neutral color so I paired it with this super soft forest green sweater from Old Navy (currently 50%!) Seriously the softest thing you will own and it also comes in 3 other colors. The forest green and caramel brown are the perfect pairing for fall. I plan on wearing this on Thanksgiving and maybe even on Christmas with a plaid long sleeve.
