TGIF and happy Cinco De Mayo! To celebrate the holiday, Gavin and I are eating at our local mexican restaurant with my family for dinner. You will catch me eating lots of chips and salsa and drinking strawberry margaritas. Do you have any fun plans for Cinco De Mayo?

For this month’s style x style series, Taylor, Victoria, Lacey and I chose to style maxi dresses. I was in Target last week and they had so many maxi dresses to choose from. Since we were doing this blog post on Cinco De Mayo, I thought this dress was very fitting for the occasion. The vibrant embroidered detailing is so pretty, the dress is really flattering on, and I love the hemline. The dress also has a zipper in the back which makes it easy to get in and out of and it’s less than $30 which is awesome.

This dress makes me want to just twirl around in it, it’s just so fun. This dress would be perfect to wear to Cinco De Mayo parties you may have this weekend or it would even be perfect to wear to wear on a beach vacation.
