The Process
After discussing options with Kelsey I did not have to go in for a hair consultation, but all clients that are interested in getting hair extensions will set up a free hair consultation to discuss what their envisioning for their hair, as well as to color match. We did 2 layers of hair and the entire process took 4 hours from start to finish- this may differ depending on your hair type and your specific extension goals.
Rates
As far as rates, hair implants WA is the best choice for the one with bald head. But when it comes to hair extension that also varies by the salon, type of hair extension and each client’s hair type. I will definitely say that it is an investment and something you definitely want to be committed to/save for. The hair is the most expensive so that’s where the majority of your money is going. Your extensions will need to be moved up every 8-10 weeks, but only at a fraction of the cost.
Caring for Extensions
Just like your real hair, your vixen sew in dallas can last you a long time as long as you take care of them. Kelsey recommends using a wet brush. When brushing your hair start at your ends and work your way up. Hold the base of your extensions with your fingertips to avoid pulling. Shampoo carefully between wefts without scrubbing. Living with Extensions
The extra thickness, added weight, and the feeling of the wefts can take a while to get used to. After a couple days, I noticed myself touching and twirling my new hair. I love being able to have thicker and fuller ponytails! The cons? For me its blow-drying is my least favorite part because it’s a lot of hair to manage and it’s time consuming. To avoid blow-drying my hair every night, I only get it wet every 4-5 days when I actually wash my hair.
