Happy Friday! With Monday being a holiday I felt like this week went by so fast! We have nothing planned this weekend and it’s supposed to rain so we’ll be spending our time inside. Speaking of rain, the weather here in Iowa has been crazy. Last weekend it was 90 and humid and it’s been in the 50’s all week. Thank goodness its supposed to warm up again this week. What has the weather been like where you live?

It has been 5 years since I have put on a denim skirt! Crazy, I know! I went into Old Navy last weekend and they had so many cute denim skirts for fall. I picked up this high waisted denim skirt. I got it 30% off and it’s still on sale and all sizes are in stock. I love wearing skirts in the fall, especially since they are so versatile and can easily be dressed up or down. I was a country girl at heart while taking these photos with my mom on Monday. We had a couple laughs when I almost fell off the gate.
