Home is where the heart is. Everyone says that there is no place like home and its so very true. I was born and raised in Iowa and nothing compares to it. Our small town Williamsburg is made up of only 6,000 people (crazy right?!), everyone is so very friendly and always there for a helping hand. When you step a foot into Iowa, all you will see are fields and fields of corn. I may be bias, but we have the best sweet corn- it’s so delicious!

I picked out this shirt from Apricot Lane because I wanted to tell you a little bit about my small town, Williamsburg and how much pride and love I have for it. You can never go wrong with a simple tee and you can wear it so many ways. I wore a plaid top with it, because it just made sense, since I’m out in the country in a corn field taking these photos. If you really wanted the full affect of a “country” look, you could wear a pair of cow girl boots (I have these.)
