Made a stop in Hurricane, Utah to take blog photos. I was in aw at all the beautiful rocks and mountains.
While we were in Cali, we stopped at Venice Beach. The weather was at a perfect 78 degrees. If I could, I would’ve stayed at the beach all day.
California, hands down, has the best sunsets. I snapped this shot right outside our hotel in Long Beach.
This year our college football team, the Iowa Hawkeyes made it to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. The last time the Hawks made it to the Rose Bowl was 25 years ago! So, we were pretty fortunate to get tickets to go. There were 60,000 Iowa fans that went to this game. Pretty awesome. Sadly, the Hawks lost 38-16.
