I hope you all had a great weekend! Remember how I said I was going to have a relaxed weekend? Well, it ended up being busier than I had expected. Yesterday we went out for brunch with Gavin’s family and then went and celebrated my grandpa’s birthday after.

It was tax free weekend here, so after I got off work on Saturday, I ran to the mall and did some shopping. While I was there, I stopped in Express and picked up this magenta cut-out ruffle sleeve sweater. It happened to be 40% off (awesome deal!) making it less than $36. It is a really soft material, and I love the ruffles and the cut-outs on the sleeves. It also comes in white and a rose color. Since this is such a summery color, I paired these pom pom earrings (only $10), and this druzy stone necklace (only $20), both from Charming Charlie with it.

P.S. Who else is excited for the Bachelorette finally tonight?! I can’t wait to find out who proposes to Rachel. I really want Bryan to propose, but I bet it will end up being Bryan. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

    That sweater is way too cute! Express is one of my favorite places to shop, so I’ll have to keep an eye out for that sweater, maybe in white or black, for the upcoming fall!
