Monday:

My last day in New York went smoothly. I was so bummed to be leaving on Monday though because I had 3 shows I was going to be missing. I would’ve been able to stay till Tuesday if I didn’t have my Utah trip planned for the next day.I went to the Louis Verdad Presentation at 11am which was so amazing! A lot of his were denim which I loved and some were all white. From there I headed back to the hotel and changed and then went and grabbed a quick bite to eat at a cute little sandwich shop a couple blocks away. After lunch I went back to the hotel and finished packing and then left at 2:45pm for the airport. I flew from La Guardia to Chicago to Cedar Rapids and ended up not getting back till after 1opm. I was so happy to get home and see my husband and my pups.

I wore this lace two-piece to the presentation which everyone loved. I am also in love with my new Catie Gigi New York bag that I got from the Shopstyle party. It’s perfect for fall and also comes in other colors.

New York Fashion Week was definitely an experience for me and I learned so much while I was there. I made so many lasting relationships with some amazing girls that I still communicate with on a weekly basis. Thank you for following along and supporting me. It means the world to me.
