I’m a bit behind with sharing the pantone color of the year, bust just in case you already didn’t know… the pantone color of the year is Ultraviolet! I am so excited that ultraviolet is the pantone color of the year! I love different shades of purple, especially pastels. They are so perfect for spring (especially Easter).
Below I have rounded up some of my favorite ultraviolet pieces ranging at a variety of price points. These light purple suede pumps are my favorite and would be perfect to pair with a floral dress on Easter. These color-block high waist leggings are so fun for working out in and are only $65. This pullover looks so cozy and would be so cute paired with white jeans. This purple floral blouse is great for work or play and it also comes in 8 other colors. If your looking for a bold lipstick, then you need this ‘Violet Riot Matte’ lipstick by Smashbox.

I’ve never really paid much attention to Pantone’s Colour of the Year, but I am honestly in love with this year’s colour! It’s so gorgeous and rich. plus it’s out of my comfort zone – which is always good – but not to the point that I’m too afraid to wear it! Although I am wondering how it will look in contrast with my orange hair ?
