Hello everyone! Sorry it’s been a while since I have posted! I was back home on vacation, but feels so good to be back in Texas! Hope you all are having a great start to your week!

I was able to get a photo shoot in while I was back home visiting {change of scenery-yay!}. My parents live out in the country and have this pond in their back yard so this was the perfect scenery for this maxi dress!

While I was back home visiting, my mom and made time in our schedule to go shopping and I found this beautiful tribal print maxi dress at Forever 21. I love all the warm colors in it and it’s perfect for a day at the pool or the beach {the closest I could get was the pond-ha!}

After I found this dress I decided to make this a beach look so I added this fun floppy hat from Forever 21. I don’t buy hats very often because its hard to find ones that actually fit on my small head, so I was pretty excited when this one fit me! I couldn’t pass up on this perfect sunset clutch to go with it and it also comes in 3 other designs.

To complete the full look, I added a matching seashell ring and necklace both from Forever 21, and these wedges from Target. I don’t know about you, but when I first saw these wedges, I thought they were weird and reminded me of moon shoes- ha! But after I put them on, I fell in love with them.

Sorry for such a long post, there was just so much to say about this outfit.

      Thanks Kyla! I am 5″4′ so I am short also. You could wear some wedges with it so the dress isn’t so long on you 🙂
